The Brodeur/Rodgers Family | Norfolk, Virginia Family Photographer

When a client calls to say they are going to have their whole family in town for the holidays, I am so there!  I love capturing many generations at once.   This weekend I had the wonderful opportunity to capture the grandparents, children, grandchildren and one great-grandchild of the Brodeur Family.   Anna Brodeur, now Anna Rodgers contacted me and we coordinated our schedules to make it happen.  Here are some of the wonderful images we got that day, despite the gloomy skies.

Here is where it all started, with Phillip and Parthena.  Aren’t they sweet!  The second picture isn’t technically perfect, but I love the moment that was captured.  The last, a snuggly moment with their children.

Here are all the grandkids and one great-grandchild.  I am certain it will be hard to get all these guys in the same photo again for some time.  I am so glad we got it.

Here is Carol’s Family.  Jamie is the mother of the first great-grandchild.  I love how he lit up with a huge smile when he knew it was okay to hug his mom.  The last pic is Anna’s Family, completely sweet and soooo easy to talk to.  Thanks for ending the session with me!

Wendy – What a great session – They have to be extremely pleased with what you were able to capture for them. I agree about that first photo – everyone in focus and a blurry background? How did you do that with such a large group?
