I had the fabulous opportunity to shoot with Zach Anderson in San Francisco late in October. He is a great photographer and as a second shooter, made me feel completely comfortable that day. I highly recommend him if you are in the San Fran area! I, of course, started out with the groomsmen and then moved on to meet Zach and the girls/guys for some shots before heading to the ceremony/reception, which was held at the Golden Gate Club, in the Presidio.

Jenny and Raed decided to do the “first look” which I love. We positioned Raed and with his back turned Jenny walked up to him. They turned to see each other for the first time on their wedding day and these are the shots I took from afar.

First looks are so great because it gives the couple some “alone” time to soak it all in, with each other, not having to hurry to a reception or hurry to group photos. I love “First Looks”, but I also understand if my brides want to take the traditional route and wait for the first look as you are walking down the aisle.

I love this pic and was so excited when I saw it in my lineup. I know that Jenny had a huge smile on her face as well.

The band was great… I feel awful that I can’t remember the name of them. If anyone knows these guys, leave their name in my comment section. Thank you! I am totally diggin’ the lighting in the band images.

Congratulations Jenny and Raed! Thank you again, Zach Anderson for allowing me to shoot with you.
