Megan + Dustin | Virginia Beach Wedding Photographer

Megan and Dustin are as adorable as you get. They could hardly wait to get married! Last weekend friends and family gathered at the Lesner Inn to celebrate their love with them. It was a magical day!

Getting in a wedding dress with a lace-up back is no easy task!

Dustin…you clean up well my friend!

And dear Miss Megan…where do I begin. Simply breathtaking!

Daddy was so proud of his “little girl”. You could see it in his eyes all day long!

The KISS! I thought the kiss as man and wife looked so awesome and dreamy in black and white, so here it is!

I knew the cake cutting would not be a dull moment at this wedding. Proven right!

We have got a BIRTHDAY BOY in the house!!

My littlest is 7 years old today! I can’t believe it. He is just the cutest, even tempered kid! He is just like his Daddy, “Go with the flow!” It’s so fun…they know that I always do a photo session with them on their birthday. This is probably why they turn away from my camera the other 364 days a year:)

I did a little interview with him, so we all can remember what he liked at this age.

Favorite Color: Blue
Favorite Food: Macaroni and Cheese
Favorite TV Show: Spongebob
Favorite Book: Dumb Bunnies

Q: What do you love most about turning 7?
A: I feel taller!

Q: What do you most want for your birthday (this question can totally backfire for you if you are asking at 8PM the night before his birthday, thankfully I was covered when he answered) PHEW!

Something New for Me

A few weeks ago I attended the PSD Experience here in Norfolk. I went into the workshop wanting to do something out of my comfort zone…so I went to a couple boudoir photo sessions with the awesome gals from Blush Boudoir, Marta Locklear and Tiffani Sunshine. I do have to say that I may have been bitten by the “Boudoir Bug”.

The second session was done on the USS Wisconsin…at sunset. Totally fun!
